I recently completed a project creating images for the West Hartford Children's Museum new dinosaur exhibit. The project involved about 20 small (2' x 3') images, and three 16 x 20 foot murals. You can see one of the murals in the image below. The mural depicts feathered dinosaurs (Yutyrannus, Psittacosaurus, Caudipteryx and Sinosauropteryx) to contrast with the model of Deinonychus that is not feathered to display the changing views of dinosaurs. Link to two stories about the opening of the exhibit with additional images.……

The Beast
I'm going through this period where everything I touch artistically turns to shit. So I decided to just do something fun. One of my first zbrush projects was an attempt to recreate the Rhedosaurus from the film The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms. The model's not very good, but it was fun just to finish it (relatively speaking) and render him out in a scene.

I have to admit, your digital reconstructions of the different prehistoric animals are pretty impressive.

Hi, I just finished my idea for a ''Jurassic Park''-esque zoo. It's in my Deviant's Journal. Please read it, and comment if you wish. I accept opinions, suggestions, questions and positive feedback. Thank you for responding. :thanks:

Hey, have you heard about the upcoming computer game Saurian?  It's supposed to be an open-world simulator where you play as one of several Hell Creek Formation species.  Supposedly they're working really hard to make it as accurate as possible.
